Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality, competent care to every individual who walks through our doors.

When you schedule an appointment with us, we recognize that this may be our first opportunity to meet you. We value your trust, your health, and your time. In return, we ask that you also value our time and the care we provide.
Financial Responsibility
To ensure we can continue providing exceptional care to all patients, all copays, deductibles, coinsurance amounts, and outstanding balances are due at the time of check-in.
If you are unable to pay your financial responsibility at the time of your appointment, we ask that you contact our office before your visit to discuss payment arrangements or reschedule your appointment. Unexpected situations happen, and we are happy to work with you when communication occurs in advance.
Appointment Policy
One of the things our patients appreciate most about Physicals Plus is that we respect their time. We strive to run on schedule and minimize waiting whenever possible.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, missed appointments, late arrivals, and last-minute cancellations prevent other patients from receiving care.
Our appointment policy is as follows:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment are considered a no-show.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your appointment may result in your appointment being canceled and considered a no-show.

A $30 no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments, late cancellations, or excessive lateness.

Patients who accumulate two no-shows may be not be allowed to schedule future appointments with our clinic.
When an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, that time can rarely be offered to another patient who may have been waiting for care. We respect your time and ask for the same courtesy in return.
Communication with Your Provider
Our provider's primary responsibility is caring for patients during scheduled clinic hours. In addition to seeing patients, significant time is spent reviewing laboratory results, responding to messages, completing documentation, coordinating care, and managing patient needs.
For this reason, the provider is generally unable to return every individual phone calls for non-urgent concerns. You can use our secure patient portal and text the office with non-medical requests.
If you would like to discuss your health, medications, symptoms, test results, treatment plans, or have questions that require medical advice, please schedule an appointment. This allows us to give you the time and attention you deserve while ensuring all patients receive quality care.
